Support the VAPA Auction: Donate and Bid on Exciting Items
Each year, the Vermont Academy Parents Association (VAPA) hosts a silent auction to raise funds for community-building activities such as faculty and staff appreciation initiatives, providing support for Winter Carnival, and sponsoring Spring Fling. The auction is VAPA's largest fundraiser and relies on generously donated items and services. The auction will be live Sunday, October 6 through October 19, and be available to view in person during Family Weekend & Old Home Days.
Are you crafty? Do you own a business? Do you want to support this special place? VAPA would be grateful for your donation! Past items have included a membership to Shelburne Farms, gift cards, vacation rentals, tickets to professional sporting events, and an autographed Red Sox baseball.
This year, we’re looking to continue this legacy—our goal is to raise $10,000, and we could use your help! To donate an auction item, contact Director of Annual Giving Jennifer Palmiotto P ’21, '24 at jpalmiotto@vermontacademy.org or 802-869-6610 by Monday, September 30.

We have lots of great items, including Patriots tickets, Rangers tickets, a Nespresso machine, a ski house, a villa in Florida, a painting, a special birthday greeting from Miss. Vermont, lift tickets to Magic Mountain, a Skida neck gaiter, Darn Tough socks, a Golf and Ski Warehouse gift card, VIP tour with Simon Pearce CEO and dinner reservation, VA custom cornhole set, one week of juniors tennis camp or 8 lessons at Cliff Drysdale Tennis at Stratton, and so much more!
