VA vs. Dublin

VA was slow to start this game but after 15 minutes of back and forth possession, Sydney Henry put one in the back of the net for the Wildcats. Kristyna Kaltounkova was on fire in the goal and made 10 saves in the first half. Riley Walsh put in the Wildcat's second goal of the half. The Wildcats found renewed strength and purpose after a quick visualization exercise and kicked off the half with excellent draw control. VA remained in control of the draw after every goal thanks to Maggy Peyton and Sydney Henry. Riley Walsh scored two more goals for the Wildcats giving her her first hat trick of the season! Sydney Henry also put in two more goals for her own hat trick! Ellie Matte and Jenna Powers each scored a goal for the VA. Assists  were from Kelly Citera, Maggie Hodgson, Sydney Henry, Klara Jandusikova and Maggy Peyton. Defensively the Wildcats were organized and formidable--assisting in Kaltounkova's shut out. Ani Kapral, Jenna Powers, Klara Jandusikova, and Elizabeth Pitts had excellent defensive games for VA
