On Friday, October 18, and Saturday, October 19, Vermont Academy will welcome alumni to campus to celebrate Old Home Days.

Imagine a crisp autumn day filled with the vibrant colors of changing leaves, the taste of apple cider donuts, and the sound of laughter echoing across campus as alumni gather to share stories, catch up, and create new memories.

The school store will be open on the lower level of the Shepardson Center until 5 p.m. The Vermont Academy Parents Association silent auction items will be on display in the Horowitz Performing Arts Center lobby until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

2:30 - 6:30 p.m.Alumni Check-In and Registration Opens

This should be your first stop when arriving on campus so you can pick up your name badge and special gift.

Voices of Experience: TED Talk-Style Presentations by Alumni, Parents, and Students

Hear from fellow members of the Vermont Academy community as they impart wisdom and share expertise.

Transforming Student Experiences: Campus Updates & Donor Impact Tour with Director of Advancement Tonia Fleming P ’18
Depart from the VA Seal on Long Walk

Join Director of Advancement Tonia Fleming P '18 for a special tour as she highlights recent campus updates and how donors transform the student experience.
4 - 5:30 p.m.VA Athletics Showcase
Various Locations TBD

Watch VA athletic practices, a girls varsity soccer scrimmage, and learn about various afternoon activities available to students.

Tent on Horowitz Performing Arts Center Lawn

Alumni and current parents will gather at the tent on Horowitz Performing Arts Center Lawn for hors d’oeuvres and a beer and wine bar.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know fellow members of the Vermont Academy community before the food truck dinner begins.

Note: The bar will close at 5:45 p.m. as students begin to arrive for dinner.

Warm yourself around the crackling fire and indulge in a timeless tradition as you toast the perfect marshmallow for your s’mores.

Meet in the Horowitz Performing Arts Center Lobby

Join current students and their families for a trip to Vermont Academy's observatory led by science department faculty members.

Vermont Academy will induct athletes Chad Wittman '98 and Brooke Mooney '14 into the Athletic Hall of Fame. All members of the Vermont Academy community are invited to celebrate this special moment with them.
