Cole R. got us out to a quick start with a goal in the first three minutes. Kevin S helped VA control possession in the Cardigan end for much of the first half and assisted a nice goal by Nacho B.P. A few minutes later Zach snuck through the Cardigan Defense to add a third VA goal before half. 9th grade keeper Andrew made some solid saves in first half and did not allow any goals. Our other 9th grade goalie Issac took over in the second half and only surrendered 1 goal late in the game. In the second half Zach dribbled the ball through traffic in front of the net and netted his second goal of the game. All active players saw the field in this game.
