Guests enjoyed an array of hors d’oeuvres as they perused the “before and after” photos of recently renovated classrooms in Fuller Hall, art rooms in Alumni Hall, and the fitness center in the Lucy Athletic Complex. These renovations were possible thanks to a gift from Tom ’59 and Steve ’57 Richardson which was announced by Steve during this event last year. Steve shares, “Brother Tom and I each spent 3 wonderful years at VA and it’s nice we are in a position to help them financially. YEA VA! “

Head of School Dr. Jennifer L. Zaccara was pleased to share an update about the recent renovations and the incredible impact they are already having on the student experience. Former Headmaster Mike Choukas ’46, P ’73, GP ’94 shared, “Jennifer did her usual excellent presentation.”

Lisa McNealus ’79, P ’14 noted that it was, “a terrific place to host the event and it was really good to be able to visit with people of all ages, from a VA alumnus who is just starting at Dartmouth to Former Headmaster Mike Choukas ’46 who attended Dartmouth in a different era. No matter when folks graduated, everyone was excited to hear about what is happening at VA now with all of the big updates to Fuller Hall. I loved the energy. “
