February conferences are an opportunity to check in on how your child’s new trimester 2 classes and year-long courses are going. Conference times will be available on Thursday, February 6 (virtual only), Friday, February 7 (in person and virtual), and Saturday, February 8 (in person and virtual). Additional times may be arranged directly with faculty and advisors.

1. Complete this event registration form (regardless of if you plan to come to campus or not).
2. Log into MyVA.
3. Locate the Pick-a-time icon on the parent Resource Board.
4. You will be able to sign up for 10 minute blocks with your student’s teachers and advisor. There is a five minute break between each conference to allow time between meetings.

Please note, that you will need to specify “virtual” or “in person” for each separate appointment when selecting your conference time. Thursday evening conferences are virtual only.

Students can leave campus after their last commitment and boarders must return to campus by 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 11. Classes resume on Wednesday.
